Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

  • Bags bought on SALE will NOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Customized items will NOT  be exchanged or returned.
  • We do NOT accept refunds & exchanges on International orders.
  • We do NOT entertain refunds & exchanges on any personalised pieces.
  • If order is eligible for exchange & return, Please contact us and have your piece sent back to the below address within 14 Days of delivery, in its original box packing and the invoice. You may also mail us on thesgcollection@gmail.com for the same. 
  • The cost of return of the courier will NOT be borne by us.
  • Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product or the desired size. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.
  • Credit notes will only be applicable for 1 year, from the date of issue. Furthermore, the credit note will not be subjected to any further discounts or discount codes.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.   
  • Refunds, will only be done in certain cases as per our jurisdiction. The refund will be done within 3-5 business working days, upon confirmed as a refund. This amount will be credited back to the customers bank account (which was used for the mode of payment) 

How to use an SG Credit Note: 

  • SG Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the credit note is 1 year.
  • Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
